Dividend Compensation Plan The Dividend Compensation Plan compensates members who have personally retailed the Product Package above and beyond the required qualifications to activate the Primary and the Royalty Payment Plans. Each personal sale after your first 4 qualifying sales will earn the member a "Share" in the Dividend Bonus Pool. The number of shares that a member can acquire is unlimited. Each month, all Primary and Royalty level payments that bypass members due to non-qualification will be added to the Dividend Bonus Pool instead of being absorbed by the company as additional revenue. On the last day of each month, the share value will be calculated using the below calculation and the Share Holding Members will be paid their "Dividend" for the month. The Dividend Bonus Pool will be paid to a zero balance each month, but member share holdings will remain valid each and every month for as long as the sponsored member that generated the share remains an active member.
